Position: Facility Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: 7 to 10 years Facility Management.

Salary: Upto 30K/Month

J.D.:-

· Supervise and manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.

· Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all critical systems and equipment.

· Monitor and manage utility consumption electricity, water, etc.

· Maintain records for facility inspections, statutory compliances, and asset management.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

· Coordinate space planning,



office seating arrangements, and facility expansion or renovation work.

· Address and resolve employee complaints related to facility issues promptly.

· Support in managing office supplies and inventory.

· Liaise with internal departments and senior management for smooth facility operations.

· Comply with all health and safety regulations

· Report to management Weekly & Monthly basis.
