Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and overall functioning of our senior care facility. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing staff, vendors, residents, and multiple operational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the facility.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, security, and maintenance.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, kitchen, and support staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers, including procurement and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor facility infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with facility safety protocols,



statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
- Handle resident/family concerns related to facility and operational matters and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and monitor facility-related records, inventory, expenses, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the clinical and management teams to ensure seamless resident care and operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
- Manage emergencies and ensure appropriate escalation and response procedures are followed.
- Take ownership of the facility and ensure a secure, comfortable, and welcoming environment for senior residents.
