Position: Facility Management Supervisor – Day / Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for responsible and proactive Facility Management Supervisors to oversee the day-to-day FM operations of a large residential community.

The Supervisor will work closely with the General Manager and coordinate with maintenance teams, housekeeping, security and external vendors to ensure that all facility-related activities are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day facility management activities within the community.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, equipment and amenities.
- Coordinate with technicians, housekeeping, security and various service vendors.
- Monitor maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with vendors on breakdowns, repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor lifts, DG, electrical systems, water supply, pumps, STP/WTP and other common facilities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness of common areas.
- Identify maintenance issues, safety concerns and deficiencies during regular inspections.
- Coordinate and follow up on ongoing maintenance works until completion.
- Maintain basic daily reports, complaint status, vendor attendance and maintenance records.
- Handle routine operational issues and promptly escalate major issues to the GM.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts and communicate all pending issues to the next shift.




- Support the GM in maintaining smooth and uninterrupted community operations.

Shift-Specific Responsibilities

Day Shift Supervisor

- Focus on daily operations, vendor coordination, scheduled maintenance and follow-up of pending works.
- Coordinate with vendors and service agencies visiting the premises.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance and repair activities.

Night Shift Supervisor

- Monitor the community during night hours through regular rounds.
- Check critical facilities, lighting, water systems and other essential services.
- Attend to and coordinate emergency maintenance issues.
- Maintain proper night-shift records and handover pending issues to the day supervisor.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / ITI / Degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management, residential apartments, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals or similar environments.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pumps, DG and general maintenance.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with vendors.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain reports.
- Should be responsible, punctual, proactive and willing to work in a residential community environment.
- Candidates with prior apartment/community facility management experience will be preferred.

The position involves more of supervision, coordination and monitoring rather than hands-on technical work.
