Role Description The Facilities Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of the company’s manufacturing and office facilities. This role oversees building maintenance, utilities, and equipment, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.

The Facilities

Manager monitors facility-related budgets, tracks inventory of tools and supplies, and ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks include inspecting facilities,



resolving infrastructure issues, managing housekeeping and security services, and supporting production teams with facility-related needs. The role also involves planning for capacity expansion, implementing process improvements, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong facilities management skills, including building maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing and cosmetic production environments.
- Experience in budget management, cost control, and resource planning for facilities operations.
- Proficiency in using facility management software or tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with production, quality, R&D;, and external partners.
- Ability to lead and supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams with a focus on quality and safety.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities; exposure to FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
