Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate – Commerce: BCOM, BBM, BBA, ICWAI, CA Inter, CMA, CPA
- MBA will be added advantage
Work Experience
- Min 10-12 Plus years of overall F&A; domain experience
- Min 10 years of experience in F&A; Presales / Consulting in the Finance & Accounting domain
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to build solutions for F&A; customer
- Ability to identify productivity levers through transformation projects
- Contribute in creation of capability assets independently with pre-defined process assets in the F&A; domain.
- Perform process assessment/audit for a Model Based Solution with pre-defined process artefacts.
- Create future state design independently including recommendation of opportunities for improvement using ERP or other tools (RPA, Integration or other Automation tools)
- Have worked in End to End F&A; process for global clients
- Knowledge of working on leading F&A; platforms like Ariba, Emagia, Trintech, etc.
- Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identify process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.
- Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews to share the update and action plan on various process and system improvements
