EY is looking for Provident Fund (PF) Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Provident Fund (PF) Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefit-related statutory compliances, with a primary focus on Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC administration.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC administration and compliance.

Key Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the EPFO portal and related statutory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate monthly with PF vendors to collect, validate, and process employee data.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements, regulations, and filing deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end activities related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.




- Liaise with employees and external vendors to obtain necessary information and resolve pending matters.
- Provide operational support for PF-related processes and initiatives.
- Address employee queries and concerns through emails, calls, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including the Document Tracking Report (DTR), and ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required documentation and information.
