What You’ll Do:

- Market Intelligence & Strategic Reporting: Author comprehensive market reports and analyze global price movements, crop yields, and industry trends, using these insights to keep both new prospects and pre-existing clients strategically ahead.
- Global Client Engagement: Maintain proactive, daily communication with global buyers through polished, fluent English emails, sharing refreshed price quotes, market outlooks, and tailored product solutions.
- Global Networking & Travel: Represent Quality Mint at major international trade expos and annual gatherings—including IFEAT—traveling across borders to meet key decision-makers face-to-face and close high-value deals.
- Client Acquisition & Nurturing:



Drive new business development by mapping out international markets, pitching our portfolio of essential oils, natural isolates, and aroma chemicals, and managing long-term relationships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit monthly and quarterly growth targets, directly unlocking your profit-share incentives.

- Industry Expertise: Proven, hands-on export sales experience specifically within essential oils, aroma chemicals, natural extracts, flavors, or fragrances.
