About the Role

Havells Lighting is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to drive B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and convert new B2B sales opportunities across the USA and international markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting.
- Identify prospects and decision-makers using Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar tools.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and meetings to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with US customers, distributors, dealers, and B2B accounts.
- Maintain sales activities, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in Zoho, Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts,



and pipeline reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, lead-generation, and business development targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, US Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience handling US/international customers preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, and sales conversion.
- Hands-on experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools.
- Strong Excel, reporting, pipeline management, and analytical skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to work in US/Night shifts.
- Good to Have: Experience with US distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, builders, wholesalers, or commercial customers, along with knowledge of exports, RFQs, quotations, pricing, and international B2B sales processes.
