Position: Export Sales

Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 4–8 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Order Management & Export Documentation

- Prepare and issue accurate Proforma Invoices (PI) based on buyer requirements and negotiated terms.
- Process confirmed sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring technical specifications and compliance requirements are accurate.
- Maintain complete and organized records of international transactions for audit readiness.
- Support export documentation such as Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and shipping documents.

Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on production schedules, payment verification/LCs, shipping bookings, and documentation.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery cycle and proactively resolve them.

Sampling & Buyer Coordination

- Manage the complete sample lifecycle, from factory request and quality checks to packaging and dispatch.
- Coordinate with international buyers for sample approvals and feedback.




- Ensure samples are dispatched through international courier within agreed timelines.

Client Management & Reporting

- Provide regular updates to international clients on order status, production milestones, and shipping timelines.
- Coordinate with buyers across different time zones and cultures.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the order execution process.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS✅ 4–8 years of experience in International Sales Operations / Export Coordination / Merchandising ✅ Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP

✅ Advanced MS Excel skills

✅ Solid knowledge of Export Documentation & Order Processing

✅ Experience coordinating with Production, Accounts & Logistics

✅ Strong English communication and client-handling skills

✅ Ability to coordinate effectively with international buyers across time zones

✅ Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
