Shri Balaji Brothers is looking for an experienced Export Manager with 5+ years of experience in rice/agricultural exports, particularly in West Africa and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

- Find and develop new international buyers and clients.
- Build relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, and traders.
- Handle negotiations on price, quantity, payment terms, packaging, and delivery.
- Have strong knowledge of FOB, CFR & CIF pricing and export documentation.
- Have access to competitive and updated ocean freight rates.
- Understand the complete export process from buyer inquiry to final shipment.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and other parties.
- Understand rice quality and specifications, especially IR64, Sona Masoori, Raw White Rice, and Broken Rice.
- Manage the complete process including quotation, order confirmation, documentation, procurement, quality inspection, container booking, customs clearance, and shipment.





Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in rice/agricultural exports.
- Solid knowledge of West African and Middle Eastern markets.
- Proven ability to bring new buyers and generate export business.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of rice quality parameters and international buyer requirements.
- Existing buyer/importer network will be a major advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete export cycle.

Work Type: Remote

We are looking for someone who can bring business, not just manage paperwork. Candidates with an established international buyer network and proven rice export experience are preferred.

Salary: Negotiable and based on relevant experience, knowledge, and ability to generate business.
