At Quality Mint & Allied Chemicals, a recognized Star Export House and global leader in natural essential oils, mint products, and aromatics supplying clients across over 30 countries, we are looking for a resourceful Export Executive to manage our end-to-end export lifecycle from our Moradabad headquarters.

We need someone who doesn't just manage processes, but acts as the ultimate problem-solver—the definitive person who can troubleshoot and resolve any and all roadblocks faced across export logistics, customs, and shipping operations.

Role Overview:

- Company: Quality Mint & Allied Chemicals
- Location: D24-27 Harthala Industrial Estate, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

- The Operational Anchor & Problem Solver: Act as the central troubleshooter for any and all challenges across export logistics, sudden shipping changes, customs hurdles, or documentation discrepancies, ensuring zero disruption to global dispatch.
- Order Processing & Invoicing: Seamlessly generate export invoices and manage complete documentation workflows against incoming purchase orders.
- Logistics & Freight Negotiation: Coordinate and negotiate competitive freight rates and terms with freight forwarders and Custom House Agents (CHAs) for smooth dispatch.
- Vessel & Shipment Tracking: Actively track shipments from Indian ports to international destinations, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while proactively managing transit bottlenecks.
- Financial & Forex Coordination:



Handle forward booking of US dollars (or other foreign currencies), track incoming payments against invoices as per agreed payment terms, and ensure proper banking compliance.
- Vendor & Third-Party Management: Manage ledger tracking and oversee timely payments to all external stakeholders and third parties involved in the export operation chain.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience handling end-to-end export-import (EXIM) documentation, shipping procedures, and logistics coordination.
- A natural crisis-manager mentality—someone who takes absolute ownership and serves as the immediate solution to any operational or logistical challenge that arises.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, custom clearance procedures, and banking/LC compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills when dealing with forwarders, shipping lines, and CHAs.
- A meticulous, highly organized mindset with strong numerical accuracy for currency tracking and financial reconciliation.
