Video Editing Faculty (2–3 Yrs Teaching Exp)

Location: Patiala, Punjab

We are looking for a skilled and student-friendly Video Editing Faculty to join our institute in the North region. The ideal candidate will teach industry software, mentor students on practical projects, and guide them on today’s most in-demand content formats — especially Instagram Reels, YouTube content, and wedding video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach and train students in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Must have 2-3 years of video editing teaching experince.
- Conduct practical classroom sessions, demos, and hands-on project guidance
- Guide students in creating Instagram Reels, short-form vertical content, and social media edits
- Mentor students on building and growing a YouTube channel (editing style, packaging, workflow)
- Train students in wedding video editing — highlight films, teasers, cinematic cuts, colour, and sound
- Help students understand current North Indian content trends and client expectations
- Review student work, give explicit feedback, and support portfolio development
- Stay updated with editing trends, templates, transitions, and platform best practices





Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proven experience in Instagram Reels / short-form video creation
- Experience running or regularly contributing to a YouTube channel
- Hands-on experience editing wedding videos / event films
- Ability to teach in a simple, practical, and engaging way
- Good communication skills and classroom confidence

Language & Regional Requirement
- Must be from the North region (or currently based in North India)
- Must be able to speak and understand Punjabi well, as most of our students communicate and learn comfortably in Punjabi
- Familiarity with North Indian content style, music, and wedding/event editing trends will be an advantage

Who Will Fit Best Someone who is not only software-trained, but also active in real content work — creating Reels, managing YouTube edits, and handling wedding/project workflows — and who can transfer that practical knowledge to students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
