Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre and ensure a premium customer experience.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain Hogar Controls smart home solutions to customers, architects, and partners.
- Manage walk-ins, enquiries, lead generation, and coordinate with sales teams for conversions.
- Ensure the Experience Centre is always demo-ready with proper displays, systems, and product availability.




- Coordinate with sales, marketing, installation, and support teams for smooth customer journeys.
- Organize customer/partner visits, events, and product showcases.
- Capture customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain reports on footfall, leads, conversions and overall Experience Centre performance.
