About The Client

Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans. Essential Job Functions:

- Market Entry: Build distributor and sales team candidate pipeline pre-launch
- Onboarding & Activation: Acquire, onboard, and handhold distributors to first business
- Branch Launch: Drive go-live readiness and early-stage business momentum
- Field Enablement: Train teams on product, process, and systems
- Local Marketing: Execute on-ground initiatives for acquisition and engagement
- Performance Tracking: Monitor onboarding → activation → productivity funnel and optimize rollout efficiency

Skills & Competencies
- Distributor onboarding & activation rates
- Time to first business (TTFB)
- Early productivity per distributor
- Branch ramp-up timelines
- Number of branches launched vs plan
- Sales readiness at launch
- Distributor build-up before the launch of branch – creating the pipeline, warming up distributors, meeting and onboarding distributors, supporting login cases, accessing business dashboards, etc.
- Hand-hold sales team on – Product, Process, Systems

Qualifications:

- Graduation

Relevant Work-experience
- 8–12 years in sales / distribution / expansion roles / training
- Strong team management and execution skills

Language Proficiency
- English
