Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, HR teams, and senior industry executives for campus recruitment drives
- Plan, coordinate, and execute placement and internship drives (on-campus, virtual, and pooled)
- Conduct student grooming sessions — resume building, interview preparation, aptitude and soft-skills training
- Maintain and update placement MIS, reports, and dashboards for internal and accreditation use




- Build and nurture the alumni network for referrals, mentorship, and recruitment opportunities
- Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activity with student readiness and industry requirements
- Track and report placement statistics, offer letters, and student progress across the recruitment cycle
- Represent ITMVU at industry events, job fairs, and corporate meetings

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA (HR/Marketing) preferred
- Prior experience in campus placements, corporate relations, HR/talent acquisition, or B-school placement cells
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple corporate relationships and deadlines simultaneously
