We Are Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance
Location: Adibatla, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Qualification: MBA – Finance preferred

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional with hands-on knowledge of SAP, Accounts Receivable, GST/TDS, reconciliations, invoicing and MIS reporting .
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting of incoming payments, manual JVs, adjustment entries, payroll JVs and statutory payments in SAP .
- Manage Accounts Receivable , AR ageing, customer outstanding follow-ups, collection reports and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare TDS workings , payment entries and quarterly filing data.
- Handle GST activities , including GSTR-1 workings and GSTR-2B reconciliation with books.
- Verify and account AP bills, import invoices, credit card transactions and fixed expenses.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and other account reconciliations.
- Generate sales/service invoices,
credit notes, IRNs and E-Way Bills.
- Handle accounting and invoicing related to SEZ/NSEZ and DTA transactions .
- Create GLs, vendors, customer ledgers and work orders in SAP as required.
- Prepare weekly/monthly Finance MIS, collection and outstanding reports and coordinate with Sales/customers for payment-related matters.

Candidates should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu .
