We are hiring qualified CA/CPA professionals for an R2R and Controllership role with a leading Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Accounting activities
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet and P&L; accounts
- Perform P&L; and Balance Sheet variance analysis
- Drive account reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting
- Support financial controllership, internal controls and compliance
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP and global accounting policies
- Partner with global finance teams and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation
Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA / CPA with 4+ years of relevant experience (including articleship)
- Robust experience in R2R / General Accounting / Controllership
- Good understanding of US GAAP
- Hands-on experience with Balance Sheet, P&L; and variance analysis
- Strong accounting and financial reporting fundamentals
- Candidates from GCCs / Global MNCs / Shared Services will be preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
