Role Description The Executive Recruitment Consultant is a full-time, HYBRID role based on Work From Home & 1 day per visit to Thane Office, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for positions across multiple industries & locations.
This includes partnering with clients to understand role requirements, defining search strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting structured interviews. The consultant will coordinate the recruitment process, manage candidate communication,
and support offer negotiation and onboarding in collaboration with client stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, providing market insights, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates to support ongoing talent needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruitment skills, including experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to advise clients on role profiles, talent market trends, and hiring strategies.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing skills, with experience conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews for executive or specialist roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary will be between Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30,000 per month + Incentives for Closures
