- Compliance & Standards - Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, TQM) or regulatory requirements Develop and enforce internal quality control policies.
- Training & Continuous Improvement - Provide training to employees on quality standards and proper procedures. Suggest or implement improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Process Monitoring - Monitor production processes or development cycles to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Conduct periodic audits or reviews of production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards or internal procedures.
- Auditing - Conducting regular internal or external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings, provide feedback, and collaborate with various departments
Preferred candidate profile Education - BSC Chemistry / Diploma in Civil / BE Civil / MSC Chemistry
Experience - 2-4 years of relevant experience
Product knowledge- RM/ FG / SF Analysis,Tile adhesive and walputty products.
