BioHubb Labs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Project Operations to join our growing team.

? Location : Jaipur | Work from Office

? Experience : Freshers to 1 year

? Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

? Education : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate research & biospecimen projects
- Maintain project trackers and documentation
- Coordinate with hospitals, laboratories & vendors




- Follow up on sample collection and delivery
- Track project progress and timelines
- Prepare basic reports and Excel sheets
- Support quality & compliance documentation

Role Description:

The Executive – Project Operations will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of research-ready biospecimens and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, monitoring operational workflows, tracking milestones, and resolving operational challenges to maintain quality and compliance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation, and preparing status reports for management and clients.

The Executive will also support process improvement initiatives, optimize resource utilization, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards in all operational activities. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
