- Post Graduate in Agronomy or Seed Science / Graduate in Agriculture

- ISTA / NABL accreditation standards would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Execute lab testing processes as assigned.
- Assess weekly / daily test load for various testing activities and plan the resources / consumables accordingly to ensure timely testing of seeds.
- Assist in preparation of center budget and resource planning exercise.
- Conduct process surveillance activities as assigned for the plant to minimize the errors in the process and deliver seeds with required quality standards.
- Conducting required seed quality tests and declaring results as per the set guidelines.
- Participate in Inter-laboratory comparison tests (Proficiency test).
