Immediate joiners are strongly preferred – we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

About the role In this role, you will own end‑to‑end Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities and be a key user of our Microsoft D365 ERP system. You will work at the heart of operations, coordinating between Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, Finance and IT/ERP to ensure on‑time delivery and smooth shop‑floor execution.

You will be responsible for:

- Preparing and controlling daily, weekly and priority‑based production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, capacity and material readiness
- Managing end‑to‑end PPC activities, including plan release, shop‑floor follow‑up, WIP monitoring and plan‑versus‑actual analysis
- Tracking production progress, identifying delays, bottlenecks and shortages, and driving corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
- Following up on material availability and inventory readiness to avoid production stoppages
- Creating, updating and closing production orders in Microsoft D365 ERP, ensuring accurate transactions (confirmations, consumption, output etc.)
- Acting as a key user for D365 for production and planning processes, supporting issue resolution, data accuracy and system improvements
- Maintaining and validating ERP master data (item masters, BOMs, routings, work centers, planning parameters etc.)
- Preparing PPC MIS and operational reports: plan vs actual, WIP, capacity utilization, delay analysis, delivery adherence and ERP data accuracy

What we are looking for

- Experience: 3–5 years in Production Planning & Control / operations planning / shop‑floor coordination in a manufacturing setup, preferably mechanical product‑based




- Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field) – this is a must
- ERP: Hands‑on experience in ERP‑based production planning and control is required; experience with Microsoft D365 is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of PPC concepts (scheduling, capacity planning, material planning, WIP control, plan adherence, BOM, routing, work centers, lead times)
- Strong MS Excel skills for trackers, MIS, WIP and delay analysis
- Good communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with strong follow‑up and coordination
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and maintain ERP accuracy in a fast‑paced workplace
