Position: Executive / Sr. Executive Warehouse
Job Location: Bharuch, Gujarat, India
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related discipline.
- Typically 5 to 10 years of manufacturing warehouse/stores experience, including at least 2-4 years in team supervision.
- Hands-on experience in picking, kitting, line feeding, material issuance, inventory control and physical stock reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM/IM/WM or equivalent ERP/WMS; barcode or scanning-based warehouse processes are desirable.
- Experience in a high-mix manufacturing setting and supervision of employees or contract workforce is preferred.
- Willingness and fitness to work in rotational shifts and remain present across warehouse and production-interface areas.
