Hiring Alert | LogicMonitor Administrator / Monitoring Engineer

nAre you passionate about infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and observability? We are looking for a LogicMonitor Administrator / Monitoring Engineer to join our growing operations team and help ensure the availability and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure.
nKey Responsibilities:
nAdminister, configure, and maintain the LogicMonitor platform.
nMonitor servers, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and applications.
nPerform proactive monitoring, alert validation, and incident triage.
nManage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools and defined SOPs.
nOnboard and configure new devices, applications, and Configuration Items (CIs)



into LogicMonitor.
nCollaborate with ISP vendors, OEMs, and internal L2/L3 support teams for issue resolution.
nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring workflows.
nSupport automation initiatives using scripting and monitoring best practices.
