Job Description
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Support and troubleshoot Infios, HighJump, or Körber WMS applications.n
- Handle WMS modules such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, ASN, PO, and Cycle Counting.n
- Support RF scanners, WMS integrations, and automation interfaces.n
- Perform API troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution.n
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.n
- Use AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection, and issue pattern identification.n
- Create SOPs, PRBs, and knowledge transfer documents.n
- Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams.n

nMust-Have Skills:
n
- n
- Hands-on experience in Infios WMS or HighJump/Körber WMS.n
- Robust understanding of warehouse operations and RF workflows.n




- API troubleshooting (REST/SOAP).n
- SQL Server and performance tuning.n
- WMS support, development, and production issue resolution.n
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.n

nGood to Have:

- n
- Körber WMS architecture knowledge.n
- Warehouse automation exposure.n
- Azure DevOps / CI-CD experience.n
- Agile/Scrum working experience.n

nRole Focus: WMS Support, Troubleshooting, SQL Performance Tuning, API Support, RF Device Support, and AI-driven operational improvements.
