Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
n1.AOI (Automated optical inspection),SPI (Solder Paste Inspection),and AXI (Automated X-ray Inspection) machines System Optimization: 40%
n1.1 SMT experience, inspection process experience, Omron or other inspection tuning experience, hardware maintenance experience, Windows OS knowledge
n1.2 Analyse and optimize AOI, AXI & SPI machine settings and inspection algorithms to achieve accurate defect detection with minimum false calls
n1.3 Setup, Installation and validation of AOI, AXI & SPI systems to ensure the quality and performance to complete the commissioning.
n1.4 Stay updated with the latest advancements in AOI, AXI & SPI technology, industry trends, and best practices
n1.5 Project management, communication and negotiation skill.
n2.Customer Support: 30% 2.1 Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to technical challenges
n2.2 Provide training and guidance to customers' technical teams on the setup, operation, and maintenance of AOI systems




n2.3 Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of AOI, AXI, and SPI equipment.
n3. Technical Support: 20%
n3.1 Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for AOI, AXI, and SPI systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
n3.2 Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to inspection systems, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
n4. Documentation and reports: 10%
n4.1 Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides.
nJob Requirements :
nB.E or Equivalent Diploma
n3-6 years of experience in service field specifically with AOI, AXI, and SPI programming, installation & commissioning.
nStrong understanding of SMT electronic manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
nExperience with machine vision systems an
