- Provides a caring attitude that is mindful of Cultural sensitives, Patient apprehensive and accuracy of Information.
- Managing Incoming calls from patients, effectively handling the console and politely communicating with the internal and external customers
- Coordination of Bed Management, Room allotment and patient transfer.

Coordinate with Critical Care unit including LW/OT/POW for scheduling and Blood Procurement. Coordinate with staff and doctors for the same.

- Completing discharge formalities before leaving hospital premises by Patient.
- Coordinating with cashless patients and directing them to the Insurance department during the day and handle the emergency cases / financial counselling during the night time for cashless patients.
