Job Summary:

The Executive – Industrial Engineering will support the Industrial Engineering function by assisting in line loading, line balancing, capacity studies, efficiency tracking, and process improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate production data, supporting operator training, and contributing to productivity and operational excellence within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support line loading activities, data collection, and SMV (Standard Minute Value) verification.
- Assist in line balancing, operator allocation, and production layout preparation.
- Conduct basic capacity studies and identify production bottlenecks.
- Support method improvement initiatives and monitor daily line efficiency.
- Maintain operator skill matrices and provide data for incentive programs.
- Assist in training new operators and promoting standard workplace practices.
- Prepare daily Industrial Engineering reports and support MIS data management.




- Perform additional duties and projects assigned by senior Industrial Engineering staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, garment manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles, work measurement techniques, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow established procedures and instructions.
