The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Manage PF compliance activities and ensure timely statutory filings in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Analyse PF operational trends and prepare management dashboards, MIS reports,



and governance reviews to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Drive closure of high-priority employee escalations related to PF, EPS and pension within defined SLAs. Conduct periodic audits and data validations to ensure accuracy of PF records, contributions, UAN details, and KYC information. Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PF operations. Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and vendor teams to ensure accurate PF deductions, remittances, and statutory compliance. Maintain governance trackers and provide periodic updates to management on ageing cases, compliance risks, and operational performance.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Master of Commerce
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience
- HR Operations (4+ years)
