Role & responsibilities -

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job descriptions and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and leading new-hire orientations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, administer health and retirement benefits, and act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Develop and maintain positive relations with employees, unions, and labor authorities and also following:

1. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
2. Dispute Resolution: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes effectively.
3. Negotiations & Settlements: Engage in discussions with unions and stakeholders to manage agreements.
4. Regulatory Compliance:



Keep up-to-date with government policies affecting labor laws and HR practices.
5. HR Operations: Oversee HR policies related to employee engagement, workforce management, and compliance.
6. Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with legal teams, government authorities, and internal departments.

Preferred candidate profile - MBA in HR .

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills
