We are looking for a motivated B.Tech Fresher to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints, understanding technical requirements, and providing effective resolutions. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, supporting technical seminars, and communicating product applications to customers.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), welding metallurgy, and various welding processes. The candidate will also assist with technical documentation, reporting, and customer coordination. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required.
Solid communication skills, a learning attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel will be preferred.
