About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished senior leader to provide strategic leadership and independent perspective on enterprise governance, compliance, risk management and organisational controls .

This role is designed for an experienced professional who has operated at, or closely with, the highest levels of an organisation and has significant exposure to Board-level governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, legal, finance or internal audit .

The successful candidate will work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess complex organisational challenges, strengthen governance frameworks and provide strategic inputs on emerging risks and compliance priorities.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity requiring sound judgement, strong business acumen and the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Governance & Leadership

- Provide strategic inputs on enterprise-wide governance, compliance and risk frameworks.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging governance and regulatory challenges.
- Support the development and strengthening of organisational policies, controls and oversight mechanisms.
- Bring an independent and enterprise-wide perspective to complex business and compliance matters.
- Engage with senior management and leadership stakeholders on strategic priorities.

Risk & Compliance

- Review key enterprise risks and emerging regulatory or compliance challenges.
- Provide strategic recommendations on strengthening compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Assess the effectiveness of governance structures, policies and internal controls.
- Identify potential gaps, vulnerabilities and areas requiring enhanced oversight.
- Support the development of practical and sustainable risk mitigation approaches.





Board & Senior Management Engagement

- Engage with CXO-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Provide perspectives informed by Board, Executive Committee or senior leadership experience.
- Contribute to discussions involving governance, accountability and organisational oversight.
- Help strengthen the quality of information and insights available for senior decision-making.

Strategic Advisory

- Provide independent perspectives on complex and evolving business issues.
- Contribute to strategic discussions involving regulatory, financial, legal, audit or compliance considerations.
- Benchmark governance and risk practices against evolving industry expectations.
- Support leadership teams in building long-term and scalable governance practices.

- 15+ years of progressive skilled experience , preferably including significant senior leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Regulatory Affairs
- Experience engaging with senior management, CXOs or Boards.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-wide governance and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and provide balanced, independent judgement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
