Introduction

We are looking for a Content Writer with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, robust storytelling ability, and a deep sense of empathy.

You will work closely with the Sales/Operations Team to understand patient cases, medical conditions, treatment requirements, financial situations, and other relevant information, and convert these details into clear, emotionally engaging crowdfunding campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling sensitive medical stories and should be able to balance emotional storytelling with factual accuracy and responsible communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write compelling, emotion-driven medical crowdfunding campaign stories based on information and case details provided by the Sales/Operations Team.
2. Create high-quality long-form campaign content, typically 300–500 words, that clearly communicates the patient's medical condition, treatment requirements, financial need, and urgency.
3. Understand medical information and simplify complex medical conditions, procedures, and treatment details into content that is easy for donors to understand.
4. Develop strong storytelling narratives that create empathy and encourage donors to support the campaign.
5. Ensure all campaign content is factually accurate, grammatically correct, structured well, and aligned with the information provided by the Operations/Sales Team.
6. Write content with an appropriate balance of emotion, urgency, credibility, and sensitivity,



especially when dealing with critical illnesses and vulnerable families.
7. Review and edit campaign stories for grammar, readability, tone, structure, and overall impact.
8. Work closely with the Sales/Operations Team to clarify missing information and ensure campaign stories accurately represent the patient's situation.
9. Manage multiple campaign stories simultaneously while meeting defined turnaround times and daily content targets.
10. Adapt writing styles based on different patient cases, medical conditions, audiences, and fundraising requirements.

3. Ability to understand and simplify complex information, particularly medical and financial details.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
5. Ability to write clearly, concisely, and empathetically.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or related backgrounds preferred.
8. A highly motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
10. Prior experience in content writing, storytelling, healthcare content, crowdfunding, journalism, or digital media will be an added advantage.
