1. Executive Support • Manage the CCOs calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules. • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events. • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents. • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
2. Communication & Coordination • Act as a point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders. • Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing them appropriately. • Coordinate with senior leadership teams for updates, meetings, and follow-ups.
3. Meeting Management • Arrange board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive discussions. • Prepare meeting minutes and track action items. • Ensure timely follow-up on key decisions and deliverables.

Travel Management • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. • Manage travel itineraries, visa documentation, and expense reports.
5. Administrative & Operational Support • Maintain records, files, and important documents. • Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and presentations for management. • Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the CCO.
6. Stakeholder Management • Liaise with board members, senior executives, clients, and partners. • Maintain skilled relationships and ensure smooth communication flow.
