Job Summary The opportunity: Secretary-National-SaT-CBS - AWS - SaT Executive Assistants - Mumbai.

Your key responsibilities

- Provides robust executive assistance through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, and email handling for multiple partners.

- Manages partner office operations and administrative workflows with strong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Coordinates travel arrangements, itineraries, forex requirements, and expense claims in a timely and compliant manner.

- Supports practice operations by preparing presentations, managing documentation, and handling reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrates solid computer proficiency and confidentiality while working in a fast-paced executive environment supporting 4 to 5 partners.

- Bachelor of Commerce

Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)
