? Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for a smart, highly organized and Excel-proficient professional to join our Management Office as an Executive Assistant & MIS Coordinator .

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for management

• Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards and management trackers

• Link multiple Excel sheets/files and build automated & energetic reports

• Consolidate and analyse data from different departments

• Track targets, performance, pending actions and deadlines

• Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely follow-ups

• Prepare management summaries and highlight key issues/deviations

• Assist management in day-to-day reporting and coordination

? IDEAL CANDIDATE

✅ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel – MUST

✅ Strong in XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Charts & Dashboards

✅ Excellent ability to link multiple sheets and create automated MIS

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills





✅ Good communication and follow-up skills

✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✅ Comfortable working directly with senior management

⭐ Knowledge of AI tools / AI-assisted reporting & automation will be an added advantage

This is a Management Office role, and the person selected will get direct exposure to business operations and senior management.
