Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all EHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.

- Conduct safety induction programs, trainings, and toolbox talks.

- Monitor PPE usage and promote a secure working environment.

- Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.

- Lead emergency response and fire safety activities.

- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across the plant/site.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, or Construction environments.

- Ability to independently handle EHS activities and compliance requirements.

- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
