 Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.

 Maintain and reconcile cash book, bank book, customer accounts and vendor accounts.

 Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

 Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

 Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expense bills and Supporting documents.

 Prepare vendor payments and maintain payment records.

 Prepare and maintain GST-related records and File GST return.

 Reconcile GST input tax credit with GSTR-2B and books of accounts.

 Calculate, deduct and account for TDS and File TDS return.

 Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

 Prepare MIS reports as required by management.

 Assist in statutory, internal and tax audits.

 Provide required schedules, Reconciliation and documents to auditors.





 Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting, GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

 Identify Accounting discrepancies and take corrective action after obtaining necessary approval.

 Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors and other departments.

 Maintain Confidentiality of financial and business Information.

 Ensure timely completion of all assigned Finance & Accounts activities.

 Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
