Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Execution role based in Patna. The Execution professional will oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring site progress, resolving execution-related issues, and supporting resource planning. The role involves tracking materials, documenting work completed, preparing basic reports, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.



The Execution team member will contribute to smooth project delivery, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement in site operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project execution and coordination skills, including basic understanding of EPC workflows and construction or infrastructure project processes.
- Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, track materials, and maintain clear documentation and reports.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and support staff in office.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and analytical skills, including familiarity with engineering drawings, quality checks, and safety and compliance practices.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in project execution is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Patna, adapt to field conditions, and follow safety and quality standards consistently.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or power-related projects is an advantage, along with knowledge of relevant local regulations and industry practices.
