Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Patan. The Executive will support daily manufacturing and operations activities, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring process performance, and assisting in quality control and compliance with safety standards. The role involves preparing reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance.

The Executive will help track inventory, follow up on orders, and support communication between internal teams and external partners.



Additional responsibilities may include assisting in process improvements, participating in audits, and contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s clean energy goals.

Qualifications

- Robust organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities to support daily manufacturing and operations activities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) and comfort working with production or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain or logistics concepts, and an understanding of quality and safety standards, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in Patan, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field; prior experience in manufacturing or clean energy operations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous learning in line with the company’s clean energy mission.
