:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Examination Coordinator to support the planning, administration, and execution of language examinations conducted as per international standards. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth exam operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide excellent candidate support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end examination processes, including scheduling, registrations, exam delivery, and certificate issuance.

- Manage logistics for examinations conducted across multiple locations, including digital and paper-based formats.

- Communicate effectively with candidates, students, and clients regarding exam procedures, requirements, and results.

- Process examination results and ensure secure and timely delivery of certificates and reports.





- Prepare examination reports and maintain documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

- Provide operational and technical support for online examinations and assessments.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless examination management

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- German Language Certification (B1 level preferred) from Goethe Institut, SD, Telc, or equivalent.

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.

- Up to 1 year of experience in examination coordination, administration, operations, or related roles is preferred.
