Role Description The Event Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, presenting product and service options, and converting leads into confirmed orders for weddings, corporate gifting, and personal celebrations. The coordinator will handle end-to-end event sales processes, including preparing proposals, coordinating with design and production teams, scheduling meetings, and tracking timelines to ensure seamless delivery.

Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in sales systems, following up with prospective and existing clients, supporting event planning logistics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations. The role also involves contributing to sales targets, identifying upsell opportunities,



and representing the brand professionally during client interactions and showroom visits.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback.
- Experience in event planning and event management, particularly for weddings, corporate functions, or luxury celebrations.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Sales skills with a track record in lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and working toward defined revenue targets.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and logistics.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools; ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, luxury retail, or gifting industries is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
