D9 is a premium social, sports, dining, and celebration destination — from our first venue in Noida (District 9) to our newly launched space in Vasant Kunj, with Dehradun coming next. We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Event Manager to take complete ownership of the event function at D9, with proven expertise in large-scale event execution (50,000–60,000+ attendees) and robust client and business development capabilities.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end event planning and execution — from concept and budgeting to on-ground delivery and closure
- Plan and execute large-scale events with 50,000–60,000+ attendees
- Manage the complete client lifecycle for events, tournaments, corporate activities, and private functions
- Identify and approach brands, corporates, schools, communities, and event partners for new business
- Drive corporate events, brand activations, tournaments, sponsorships, partnerships, and venue bookings
- Manage strategy, timelines, budgets, logistics, production, manpower, hospitality, security, and on-ground ops
- Lead large teams, vendors, production agencies, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Oversee venue layouts, crowd movement, infrastructure, branding, AV, and production




- Negotiate with vendors and partners while maintaining cost and quality control
- Partner with the Business Development team to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients, brands, corporates, and event partners
- Anticipate risks and lead contingency planning and live-event issue resolution
- Deliver events within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards
- Conduct post-event reviews to continuously improve processes

What We're Looking For

- 8–10+ years of proven end-to-end event management and execution experience
- Independently managed large-scale events with 50,000–60,000+ attendees
- Strong experience in production, logistics, client management, and on-ground execution
- Proven ability to manage large teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
- Strong business development, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis-management abilities
- Experience with large-scale sports events, concerts, festivals, exhibitions, or brand activations preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and event days
