Role Description The Event Operations Executive will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact events, including conferences, exhibitions, and corporate programs. Responsibilities include liaising with vendors and clients, maintaining event timelines,



ensuring logistics are executed seamlessly, and regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met. This is a full time on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- Event coordination and management skills, including planning, budgeting, and logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client and vendor engagement
- Organizational skills for managing multiple events and ensuring deadlines are met
- Experience with virtual and in-person events, including tech platforms used for virtual hosting
- Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability to address last-minute challenges
- A degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in event operations or a similar role is preferred
