Event Intern – Rotational Responsibilities
1. Creative
- Assist the creative team in designing event collateral (digital & offline).
- Help with content creation, copywriting, or social media support for events.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns.
- Support the team in coordinating with vendors/partners for creative production.
- Learn about visual storytelling and brand representation in events.
2. Client Servicing
- Assist the CS team in client communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare client presentations, briefs, and reports.
- Attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) to take notes and understand client expectations.
- Support in tracking timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
- Help maintain client databases and update project status.
3. Operations
- Support event logistics planning and coordination.
- Assist in vendor management and in office execution.
- Help prepare event checklists, schedules, and floor plans.
- Track budgets, procurements, and materials for events.
- Observe on-ground event management processes to understand execution challenges.
