We are looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible Events Operations Executive to join our team and help us execute events smoothly from planning to on-ground execution.

Candidates with prior event management / event operations experience will be preferred. Freshers with an educational background in Event Management are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, clients, venues, artists, and other event partners.
- Support on-ground event operations and ensure smooth execution as per timelines.
- Manage event-related logistics, materials, manpower, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event deliverables are completed on time.
- Assist with vendor follow-ups, quotations, purchase requirements, and operational documentation.
- Conduct venue visits and assist with venue setup, production, branding, and dismantling.
- Be present on-site during events and handle operational requirements as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues during event execution and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick solutions.
- Maintain checklists,



schedules, and event-related reports.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and client requirements are met throughout the event.

Who We’re Looking For
- 0–5 years of experience in events, event management, event operations, activations, exhibitions, weddings, corporate events, or related fields.
- Freshers with a degree/diploma in Event Management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Willingness to travel locally for events and work on-site.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Should be comfortable with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
