About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Europe Travel Expert who has robust knowledge of European destinations and hands-on experience in planning and executing international holidays.

The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with clients, creating customised itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute outbound holidays to European countries based on client requirements.
- Create detailed, customised travel itineraries including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and transportation.
- Have strong destination knowledge of Europe and its major tourist destinations.
- Handle client requirements from the initial enquiry through booking and post-sales coordination.
- Communicate with clients professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other international suppliers.
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals according to client budgets and preferences.
- Ensure all bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, special requests, and operational issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on European destinations, hotels, experiences,



visa requirements, and travel trends.
- Ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout their journey.

Requirements
- Prior experience in Outbound Europe travel operations is mandatory.
- Must have practical experience selling/planning European destinations and creating itineraries.
- Strong knowledge of countries such as France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Greece, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc.
- Excellent itinerary-building and destination-planning skills.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers and DMCs.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into well-planned travel experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of travel industry tools, booking platforms, and CRM systems will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is not just a booking executive but a Europe travel expert - someone who understands destinations, knows how to build a great itinerary, communicates confidently with clients, and can independently manage a booking from enquiry to execution. Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in Outbound Europe Travel Operations preferred.
