We’re looking for an experienced ETL Testing Lead with strong expertise in US Healthcare, SQL, and Data Testing to lead QA initiatives and ensure data quality across modern data platforms.

? Must Have:

- 8–14 years of experience

• Strong ETL Testing & SQL expertise

• Hands-on US Healthcare domain experience

• Proven Team Lead / Leadership experience

? Good to Have:

- Snowflake / Snow SQL / Snowpipe
- DBT & Stored Procedures
- Excellent Expectations
- CI/CD & Git/Bitbucket
- Data Lineage & Data Quality

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor & guide ETL testing teams
- Drive QA strategy for large-scale datasets
- Validate data transformations and data quality
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product & QA teams
- Improve testing processes, documentation & communication
