Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

Responsibilities:

1. Work independently with robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

2. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for large-scale data programs.

3. Validate end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to consumption across raw, curated, and serving layers.

4. Ensure data integrity, data quality, reconciliation, and business rule validation across the data ecosystem.

5. Validate data transformations, aggregations, and data movement across source and target systems.

6. Perform source-to-target data validation,



data profiling, and data quality assessments.

7. Collaborate with business, data engineering, and platform teams in an Agile delivery environment.

8. Should have Java (Selenium) hands on to write automation scripts

Mandatory Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse/Data Testing.

2. Robust expertise in Advanced SQL (mandatory).

3. Hands-on experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse testing.

4. Experience working on automation framework and scription using Java (Selenium):

5. Agile process

6. Strong understanding of

- Data validation and reconciliation

- Data transformation testing

- Data quality testing

- Source-to-target testing

- Data profiling and data integrity validation

Preferred Skills

1. Exposure to Informatica, Jira

2. Exposure to oracle and DB2

3. Experience in cloud-based data migration or modernization programs.

4. Banking/Financial Services domain experience.

Good to Have

1. Control-M or equivalent orchestration tools.

2. Collibra or equivalent data governance/data management tools.

3. JIRA and Confluence tools

4. Good communication skills

Important Note

Candidates with strong ETL/Data Testing, Advanced SQL, and Data Lake/Lakehouse experience on cloud data platforms with strong Automation is Java and selenium.
