About The Client

Client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting

Essential Job Functions:

- Monitor the production runs from ETL informatica and stonebranch including the Staging data from multiple source systems
- developing ETL transformations for populating ODS (operational data store) and storing historical data into our internal data warehouse.

- Design and implement ETL solutions for reporting purposes

- Prompt communications in case of any delays or issues that is blocking our production operations.

- Troubleshooting any ETL failures using existing documentation and documenting new issues if any

- Monitor and maintain application security and integrity

- Monitor application performance and assist in tuning existing flows for performance

- Assist with release or change management process

Qualifications

Essential Experience

- Informatica Power Center

- PostgreSQL, SQL, and PG/SQL

- Robust Datawarehouse concepts with working experience in SSAS and understanding of Partitions, Dimensions, Facts

- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and passion for professional software development.

- Effective and clear communicator

- Good analysis skills for troubleshooting

- Solid understanding and application of agile ways working

- Basic Knowledge on Change Management/Release Management

- Ability to perform unit testing and support UAT in lower environments

- Ability to work in UK hours

Nice to have Experience

- PowerBI

- Experience with working on Energy Trading data
